  1. Fit is absolutely one of the most important things so finding a nice XXL is great for you but the price on this is not good.

It is hard to find XXL bikes but it is equally hard to find XXL buyers so don’t consider yourself at a disadvantage when one becomes available.

This is definitely older than 10 years since that is Shimano 105 5600 drivetrain which was available 2005-2009, I think this bike is closer to 2009 on that range. The other bad news is that it has flat mismatched tires and is dusty so clearly not recently used or maintained.

I would be pursuing this bike if I was you due to it being good fundamentals and the right size, but I would be trying to get it for more like 400 so you can have it fully serviced with maybe some fresh rubber bits for 500. Trust me they are not getting much interest on this at 600.

  2. The bike is probably closer to 20 years old, not 10. It has 105 5600 groupset it looks like. Released in 2006*. I would not pay anywhere close to 600 USD for this. Half that would be ok maybe, if the bike is in good condition imo

$400 would be the absolute, top of the market, fully tuned up, new tires, detail cleaned in a HCOL area

That chain ring combo up front is insane – no way to go from normal riding to road runner spinning. Walk away
