Seems like I lift the front end enough to get over things.

Should I just keep practicing and increase height? Use like an adjustable pole vault jumping pillars (pvc pipe)

Been watching bunny hop how-to vids, and I notice I don't lean far back enough. Also I might be using my biceps, to pull up the front end, too much. I find a lot of pro's make their arm super straight and don't 'flex' their biceps/arms at all when hopping high.

I see that I'm not pushing the bars forward enough, but it seems hard to do that with my lift off technique.

I might be just over thinking stuffs. I'm just trying to get better. Any help will be appreciated!

Help me with my Bunny Hops.

Im 44 and in my teens I could bunny hop about 2ft. (We used to set up pvc piped on jackstands)

I tried the other day while riding with my kids, got about 3 inches off the ground (Still got it :)) But then my foot slipped off the pedal and I felt that sweet sweet nostalgic feeling of the skin shredding off my shin…. Im hooked and now looking for a used Cult bike

Get a gym membership and do squats, thats how you can absolutely man handle your pop

  3. I think you just have to keep doing it to build the muscle, your form is really good bro nice hop!

  4. Try to get your legs to pop and tuck up in one motion, like preload then explode all the way up to tucked knees
