Description
2021 Trek Domane AL 3 Disc in excellent condition.
Size Medium 54 cm. Well maintained and ready to ride. Always stored indoors. Upgraded to 38 mm tubeless tires and professionally converted to tubeless (approximately $300 upgrade), making it much more capable on gravel and rough roads while still being fast on pavement. Everything works as it should with no mechanical issues. Only selling because I’m moving to a dedicated gravel bike.
Comes with bike computer, platform and clip in pedals, as well as the stock tires that came on the bike prior to upgrading to tubeless.

Not worth 1200. That’s probably what it was worth new. Not really sure what value the upgrades have, but it’s overpriced

That is too much for that bike. The second picture is an AL5 and I bought that exact bike a demo 2026 AL5 for $1,500. You can get the AL2 new for $1,200 which is a 16-speed instead of an 18-speed, but wouldn’t be that noticeable and its new. You could also upgrade to an AL4 for $1,600 and get Tiagra with 22 speeds and hydraulic brakes. If you are set on that bike, I wouldn’t pay more than $600-700 for it, and even that is probably too much.

Look at Trek Red Barn last I looked they had a few on there… At least you will get a good sense on pricing.

Whatever Domane you pick, choose one with hydraulic brakes. Its a huge difference.
