I normally just get big things delivered. Can’t be bothered trying to strap large items like that to my bike. If they don’t offer delivery I’ll sometimes just walk or take transit to the store and take an Uber home with the large item.

40 lb/18 kg adjustable kettlebell.
Or an entire camping set.

Today it is so hot, I just threw some potatoes in a basket for my commute home and they arrived air fryed.
It was a while ago but I’m still proud of the time I carried a great big lasagna on my rack strapped down with innertubes. Not especially heavy but DELICATE and high stakes! Pot luck friends were very impressed.

Before we moved halfway across the country, we strapped a shitload of flattened moving boxes to both sides of my husband’s bike with a bunch of bungee cords. Only had to go a couple miles, and it wasn’t heavy, but it was shockingly awkward. We actually did this a few times. UNFI is a terrible distributor to deal with, but they have the best boxes for packing and moving, lol.

No car = no problem. Enjoy your new fryer.

I like those baskets.
Times are dire.
Sire, I require a fryer.
Lo, be a buyer and acquire the fryer.
But first, patch that wire in your tire.
