Apologies for a slow cadence of video releases, but in my defence I’ve been enjoying time away from work and a mini Grand Tour of Europe, including 3 majestic and iconic Gran Fondos!
The first of which is in the Stelvio National Park, taking on the fearsome Mortirolo and the legendary Stelvio – does life get any better ? Agreed a Fondo is not a race…unless you’re Italian!! But the aim of the game was a rapid time … sub 6 hrs for 130km and 4000m elevation. Tune in to find out why this is a must do event !!

about bloomin time…hold the excuses!!!
Looks fantastic Phil – great time too 🎉
That's amazing Phil. Literally Lovett! 😆
Incredible and stunning vistas – congratulations.
Stunning 😊
You had me at Cocoa Puffs! Good work Buddy. Epic vistas. Epic grinding. Put it in your palmares!
This looks such a fantastic event! I know what I’ve planned on the Callander for next year ☺️
Great video Phill, that looked amazing. I have to say though I think you are underselling yourself when you are analysing your performance. Some of those climbs looked unbelievably savage!
Milk and Honey… Medals and Cake… Phill and Jayne all the good stuff!
Awesome ride … beautiful scenery!
Great video Phil, and I love how you always thank as many people as possible! As I said on one of your other videos recently, seeing you do this after your accident really inspires me and gives me hope after my hip replacements. I hope I can do this ride one day!
Hi Phil! So much joy and freedom in this ride. Thank you for sharing! 🚴🎉
good show. this landscape lifted straight from edmund burke’s treatise on the sublime. never dull. again, you can re-ride any of these routes whenever you like on rouvy. (i just went like a morris marina up the tourmalet). you can practice descending on swiss roads with perfect confidence: smooth, flowing, low traffic, no unpleasant surprises wot?
Great performance Phil rode within yourself but very consistent 💪💪
Awesome as always sir
great ride Phil, we live our dreams on the shoulder of your rides, well done.
Well Done Phil what gear ratio were you riding. You were playing pac man going up the passo gussepa. This Gran Fondo looks great as it’s not too busy.
Nothing beats a can of coke to get you through the last bit 🚴
Great video ,Great time , great result ,Congrats Phil
