Depends what you want it for.
This a Trek Carbon-Aluminum bonded frame and the adhesive used at the lugs has not held the test of time.
So for a functional use road bike it is worth $0. For a collector piece that may occasionally be ridden with appropriate safety checks it would be worth $200 if it was in a little more original condition and properly detailed.
