On the page for the Allygn diamond rack I saw this bag that appears to bolt on under the downtube.
Does anyone know what this bag is? The frame bags have a tag that I can read as "Gramm" but they do not seem to sell this bag.
Currently I have a King Cage mini thing cage which can easily mount a Nalgene-sized bottle but I would like an option for carrying tools etc. there (or anything that is not water)
The mini thing cage has a single voilé strap, so I think a normal (small) dry bag would be too floppy.
Tailfin, Restrap, EVOC, Apidura make "downtube packs" but they all strap on rather than bolt on. I have the bolts, might as well use them… it will look nicer and be less likely to have conflicts with a full frame bag.
other option is just using a rigid tool bottle like this. it will certainly work, I assume the only difference between it and a Nalgene is that it's easier to get the tools out because the opening is the full size of the bottle.
but I would really just like to identify that bag in the picture 🙂 and know about any other ones like it.

I’d put a tool barrel there instead. One wet ride and everything is soaked and grimy.
It looks like a bolt on top tube bag, just upside down. No reason it wouldn’t work just fine as long as it didn’t interfere with the cranks. It’s want to be a pretty rigid one.
i’ve been looking for a bolt on bag a while. something like a top tube bag but upside down. not for bikepacking, but my MTB has bottle cage bosses on the underside of the top tube.
i have access to QBP etc, there’s nothing really

as pointed out, whatever you put there has to be waterproof, that and the low location really works well for a few liters of agua. Any bag there will need a waterproof zip that will get destroyed. Plus you are only talking a liter or two of size
Fidlock have a bag that works there but you need to use their bottle mount, I have one but ended up just carrying another water bottle instead
I have used the Tailfin strap on down tube bag extensively for my tools and spars and it’s never budged an inch. I highly recommend it.
That’s an automatic soil sampler. It collects all the mud that your front wheel kicks up. Ingenious design!
