    depends on the leverage curve. Im not familiar with the jeffsy, but linear curves don’t pair well with coil shocks. they are better suited to progressive designs that have inherent bottom out resistance

    What is the main reason you want to upgrade?

    Regarding the concern about shock fitting – it will fit if you match the new shock size to your current one – 200mm x 57mm. The first figure is eye to eye distance, the second is shock stroke. This is purely mechanical. You will also need matching shock hardware, it comes in different widths and the size is dictated by your frame. Sometimes the front eyelet requires a different width than the rear eyelet.

    The mechanical part is objective (being able to fit the shock), the rest is more about suspension performance and is somewhat subjective
