No. Those parts should meet.
A small gap is normal… it has to turn
Yeah, that’s a bit too much.
People usually add in a race for the bearing but the fork is designed to act as the race. Open it up and I’m sure there will be one in there

No, you need re assemble your headset bearings. It’s definitely something not set up properly
