I just got a Canyon bike and I am disappointed. Just had this very thing happen. I’m under 30 day warranty and I’m returning-they can deduct their faulty part from this overpriced crap. Can’t get the bike to stop coming apart. Hit a bump on a road and everything is loose.

I’ve never seen a stripped bolt head that wasn’t user error in many years of wrenching. Wrong hex wrench size (metric or standard), over-torquing, not inserting the tool all the way can be culprits. Once you notice one starting to strip you need to stop, not continue tightening. I also see wear around the hole where there shouldn’t be any at all. I don’t think you are correct in blaming for Canyon for this.
A replacement bolt will be easy to find. Your bigger problem is getting it out. I’d just take it to a bike shop, given how you got here.

Use a bolt extractor and then just replace it.
