  1. Hell Yeah! Smashing Arms and Legs today! Huge volume! Lots of cardio! Superset everything until failure and then another 25km bike ride home and watch the final Stage of the Tour de France! Today is a day of suffering. Sunday is the sabbath day. It is about suffering……
