5 months ago, I couldnt swim 25m front crawl, I had never been on a road bike, I have never ran a road marathon and most definitely havent put all 3 disciplines together… It’s time to get uncomfortable with 6hrs on the clock at my debut Ironman 70.3 in Bolton.
