Installed some new tires (Panaracer Pasela 27''), tubes, and brake pads (Koolstop Thinline). Also 3D printed some pulley gears again to replace my orange prototypes.
The bike runs great, and actually feels safe to ride now with the new tires and brakes. You can see just how bad the old tires were in the 3rd pic.
