One Hour Cycling Tour of Cardiff | Bay, Castle & Bute Park | 4K

Join me for a one-hour cycling adventure across Cardiff, Wales.

This ride starts in Roath and takes us through some of Cardiff’s most iconic locations, including Cardiff Castle, Bute Park, the City Centre, Cardiff Bay, the Cardiff Bay Barrage, and back through the eastern side of the city.

The route covers approximately 10.3 miles (16.6 km) and offers a great mix of parks, riverside paths, busy streets, waterfront views, and dedicated cycle routes.

This ride also includes my first-ever fall on the bike. Nothing serious happened—just a small scare, a few scratches to my pride, and a couple of words that probably weren’t suitable for family viewing. Fortunately, both the bike and I were absolutely fine, and the ride continued.
