Super late comment but I love how into biking youโve gotten! I live in the bike capital of the US (Davis CA) and think youโd get a real kick out of the bike infrastructure here, the city is built around bikes!

Itโs just a fun city to enjoy .. I went back 3 times after I moved back to the US I made life long friends and just so nice . The best butter I ever had and salmon delicious food is so fresh .. bike riding is fun to do as well .. summertime is amazing u sit outside itโs midnight but u think itโs 7pm lol crazy ..The hikes are amazing as well .Just so fun and easy going life .
