Hi all. So the worst happened and I dented the top tube on my midnight special. This happened over a year ago however and I have continued to ride the bike with no issues. That is until recently when I looked back at the photo I took immediately after it happened (2nd pic) compared to now(1st pic).
I can see a tiny hairline crack? forming above the dent which did not appear to be there before, that little white line. I’m wondering if you all would consider that to be the end of this frame and I should consider it no longer safe or if I’m overreacting and it’s still got some life in it.
