I would lean towards no. What components are on it? If its anything less than 105, definitely not. It also has rim brakes still so its at least a few years old.
can’t see the drivetrain from this angle but $480 is likely a reasonable price. this looks to be a carbon frame domane from early 2010’s. if you can get a look at the drivetrain and it has a 105 groupset that sweetens the deal.
What location? I feel like you can offer 250 and say it’s a bit dated, I have to make some upgrades etc. people tend to work with you if you explain its value. I would not pay over 200. Good luck.
What’s a new one go for? If it’s dated lot won’t give 100. But your money
