Crazy gearing – what set up do you have here? Looks like friction shifting with the M950 and a massive cassette?!

Great looking bike.
Now, not a complaint but a legit question…how do you ride on that saddle? Got one and have tried it on at least 5 different bikes and in many different positions and still it ends up back on my spare saddle board. Have never got it to break in.
