Welcome to the recap of my very first UCI road race! 🇧🇪

In this video, I take you through everything that happened during Menen–Kemmel–Menen, a 128 km UCI 1.1 race featuring 130 international junior riders. From the opening attacks to the final sprint, I’ll explain exactly how the race unfolded and how I managed to finish inside the top 10 in my first-ever UCI event.

After making the early breakaway, getting caught, chasing back across to the decisive move and racing together with a 21-rider lead group, it all came down to one final lap full of attacks and tactical racing. It was one of the hardest and most exciting races I’ve ridden this season.
