Help with a budget bike in the region of Munich.

Hallo, Leute. Alles gut? I'll be moving to Munich soon and was hoping to buy a bicycle when I arrive there next month. I come from another country with a much less weaker economy, so I can't at the moment buy bikes that are expensive, so I was looking for something that costs less than 1k euros. If possible, I'd actually prefer if it was an used bike, so I can hopefully get more value from it with my little money lol. Also, do you guys know any shop in the region that is good and has a nice range and price of bike options?

I really like this bike, specially because I can kind of use it anywhere, be it the urban spaces, the city, I can go somewhat fast with it, a little gravel etc. Anyway, the main point is that it needs to be cheap lol, and I'd really love some help here because I'm not versed in German bike brands nor shops.
