I’ve had my le creuset for two weeks first time i cooked with iy in the morning left it closed and by the end of the day the sides started to rust on the lid and pot is it normal or does mine have a defect. Please help I love my pots but I don’t know what to do 😢
These people, who know nothing about cooking, and yet they have to buy expensive casserole… This is not dirt, this is flavor of your sauce, that should have been cooked away by some liquid (stock, wine, etc.).

Yes, Le Creuset cleaner will take care of tougher messes! I also soak my pots after they have cooled down, so I can avoid stuck on food.

I use liquid bar keepers friend and clean the pan right after I eat. Never had an issue.

You can also deglaze it while it’s still hot. Best way to get the big stuff to loosen up.
