This fascinating 1928 footage from Herne Hill Velodrome in London captures cyclists racing on the iconic Penny Farthing, also known as the high-wheeler. First introduced in the 1870s, these bicycles featured a giant front wheel for greater speed because the pedals were attached directly to it. Although they were largely replaced by modern safety bicycles by the 1890s, enthusiasts continued racing them in special competitions like this one.

  2. You definitely need lemon water for this (it helps to digest superfatty stuff like this just use half a lemon and sparkling water). Also a small Habanero would help a lot to make this perfect for me. But more than once a month = heart attack.
