Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen.
I have purchased a vintage Peugeot from the charity store, likely from a deceased estate. It was on eBay and poorly described so I took a punt because the head tube is very long I guessed it was an xl frame.
Turns out it is 66cm!! Totally huge but seems comparable with a modern 61 after you stand over.
I have fitted new balls and grease in the hubs and bb, new rim tape and tyres and a fair bit elbow grease to tidy it up.
I’m quite proud of my efforts and now questioning what can I use this bike for?!?! I already have a reliable all weather commuter and my road bike goes quite well on zwift. Are there vintage events I can enter with this?
