Any of them would look good with that frame. I believe the tan ones are slightly heavier than black for the gp5k’s, not sure about the brown.
When you go online, only white is available 😆

Am a fan of tan walls. So….

let the paint shine with no distraction. black. id even remove the logos on the rims if possible. frame paint should be the star
1 or 3. Tan walls are king, but with this specific frame colour the black looks good.

Apparently I’m the odd one out for this but I’m a tan wall apologist. Cream is only for very specific and rare bikes. But I also think it’s up to you to pick your preference. It helps that my favorite bar tape that I put on any bike I ride comes in a brown that perfectly matches gp5000 tan walls.
light tan won’t stay that bright. all black is fine
