Propain Spindrift 5 Al Park annoying sound

Does anyone have any idea where this annoying sound is coming from? I can't locate the source. Everything seems to be tight, the bike is new, and the fork was serviced after purchase.
Oh and it’s not the duck on the handlebar. I hear the same thing after removing it.
