That’s the tradeoff with matte paintjobs… They are for show only. Basicly everything will leave permanent marks on it. The surface structure of matte paintjobs is rougher than gloss ones. Any kind of wear will permanently smooth out the finish and make it appear shiny. To be fair? Leave it as it is because any attempt to repair it will end up looking worse. Btw that was the reason why I went for the crystal white over midnight blaze. Your bike still looks awesome dude, now it has character

Is it weird that I think this actually looks cooler that your hard work has produced this? lol. Just curious, possible to get pic of whole bike on drive side please?
Can confirm, previous bike had a matte finished that is now 50% gloss… lol.
Only thing you can do is install some matte PPF on the frame which will make it look matte again and prevent further polishing.

Otherwise just gotta accept it and See it as a positive result from your long time effort
Yeah totally normal. Mine does it too. Different brand though. All matte/raw finishes can do this.
If you’re truly worried about the cosmetics my best advice is to clean and polish/ceramic coat the whole frame. It will make the finish a glossier, albeit dull gloss, allover and dirt will come off easier. But it will give a more uniform look.
I used a mic off wash for matte which somewhat restores the finish and 5 years of ownership I still get asked if it’s a new bike. Also car matte shampoos and waxes help.
