  1. It might make things easier but then again if might not 

    The federal frame is nice but I don’t think that small of a change in geometry will make things radically easier to learn

    Not really no. Fork angle can help nose mannys, shorter rear ends are more responsive but harder to maintain balance. Nothing in geometry will help you whip. Keep the bike under you not in front of or to the side of you is the best whip advice out there.

  3. Will help with nose manuals for sure and yea the bike will come around quicker the smaller it is. Still got to send them though and learn 

  4. I learned tailwhips on a 14.25 slammed trails bike.. you’ll be fine with whatever
