Anthony Beuve, the goalkeeper of US Avranches, saved a penalty in injury time and then scored a 95th-minute equalizer to secure a dramatic point in a French third-tier game against Grand Ouest Association Lyonnaise (GOAL) FC.
Beuve’s penalty save was even more impressive as it came from a Panenka spot-kick, a famously difficult technique to defend against.
Beuve then showed his attacking prowess by running up the other end and heading home a free kick to level the scores.
