  1. Something very funky has been done to your crankset at some point and I am excited to find out what. At first glance it appears someone has removed the very simple plastic preload plugs and installed a long bolt, nut and sealed bearings inside the crank spindle.

  2. So there shouldn’t be that bolt or bearing at all. You just should have a pre load cap/plastic bolt in that hole which you can buy replacements of. No idea what the other side looks like

This is weird. The crankarm on the drive side should be permanently attached, not on a spline. There definitely should not be a bearing there.

This is one of those things where someone who knows what they are doing really needs to examine the bike in person because you have a very abnormal setup.

    This not following original design.
Please consult local bikeshop, that KNOWS it’s stuff.

Not sure what is going on here but it looks like it’s bodged together and janky as a crank brothers eggbeater pedal as a bottom bracket with a bolt and nut holding the bearing in.

that looks so funky, i’ve never seen a crank arm that is attached by a bolt like that. you may need to replace a fair chunk of stuff here, go to bike shop!!!

  7. This is e-bike fuckery, so you need advice related specifically to that. Normal bicycles don’t have bottom brackets or cranksets set up that way.

That’s gonna be expensive. You need a new crank and a new spindle. Hopefully you can get a spindle without buying a new motor
