Spd because they are everywhere

I like time pedals but their cleats are impossible to find. At least where I am.
I kinda prefer spd’s just because you can adjust the tension on them. Lots of people rave about atacs but I’ve had a few sets and never really understood the hype. They look cool tho, especially the world champ ones if that’s what they’re called, the green ones.
HT is a hill bomb i wont die on. SPD is.
I only run LOOK Keo and road clips now a days, and never had issues unclipping. Used or not LOOK Keo is locked in for better or worse, but ive been able to unclip on an few crashes in time. Get your clips new if you go spd/time atac imo, I’ve had some used ones in the past and only used had unclipped on me.
