  1. But how do you know you aren't breathing into the "lungs" too much? I thought you had to belly breathe, and the lower down the belly, the better?

  2. This takes work and maybe even a breathing class. I was doing it wrong. Admitted myself to the hospital two nights ago because I was trying to breath through my stomach only. Whether or not the chest moves or stays still must expand the lungs! Tonight I just did deep breaths through my lungs and blood pressure just dropped thirty points.

  3. I’ve noticed just how much I pull my diaphragm and stomach inward constantly instead of just letting my stomach hang out, especially after a meal.

    Let it relax 😮‍💨

    It helps.
