Is this a good price?

I am looking for a commuter bike to class. I'm also taking this as an opportunity to take up biking because theres a lot of paths near me. Should I offer less? This is the first bike I've ever purchased. It looks cool and is in my budget, but I know little to nothing about bikes, mainly going off vibes here. Advice would be helpful!!
