As you can see in the photos, the rear brake wire is in the way of the bag and this is causing both the bag to rub against my leg and the brakes to engage if I push the bag back in place. Am I SOL or does anyone have any ideas? I can’t really cinch the bag up anymore, is it possible to route the cable elsewhere somehow? Please tell me I don’t need a new bike 🫠

Honestly the bag is the problem – personally I am against seat bags – but that’s my personal preference and not a solution. Right now you essentially also don’t have room to have it set up properly.
Your easiest / cheapest solution is a rear rack – you have mounts at the rear dropout, and it looks like a bolt head peaking out on your seat stay. Then put this bag on the rack.
