Hi everyone,
I have a 2023 Fox 40 Factory GRIP2.
The fork works perfectly, all adjustments work, and there is no noticeable play in the fork.
I also took it to a bike mechanic, and after a quick inspection he said he doesn’t think the problem is inside the fork or the damper, but he didn’t have enough time to inspect it further.
The fork makes a loud knocking/clunking noise when hitting bumps or landing drops.
Has anyone experienced this before? What else could cause this kind of noise?
Thanks!

My 38 factory same gen does this too I’m curious if anyone has any info…..
Is the axle and the small clinch bolt on the fork tightened down?
Check for brake pad rattle. That one has gotten me a few times.
Especially with the pin type retention
