That bent hanger is the real issue here, the derailleur just took the hit. Check if your frame has a replaceable hanger bolt-on since that’s way cheaper than dealing with frame damage. Chain and cassette look pretty cooked too, so budget for a full drivetrain refresh if you want shifting to feel right.

Yes like anything it will be fixable, economical nope, buy a new one that’s already done!

Yes its fixable by buying a new deraillieur.
I wouldn’t bother with fixing a $14.95 derailleur and just slap on a new one.
No and the derailleur is junk so just replace it… can get a new one like that for 30 bucks
RD’s wear out and develop play. One more reason to get a new RD.
