Well it’s not actually a 3-speed, is it? 😉 I’d call it a 3+3.
By now, I think we have seen this beauty from every conceivable angle and I am happy that I finally found out how you manage to get it to pose unfolded by itself, without using camera tricks or editing.

Oh! Trik Topz valve caps. Red… can’t see the face though. Not the ROC or Canada?
I myself have the Union Jacks, but we only wear them for special occasions. Normally I use KCNC green bullets matching the KCNC pulley wheels (with ceramic bearings – of course :-D).
