Yeah, pretty painless since it’s not integrated. May effect steering a lil but I’m more concerned about the pitch of your saddle.

I’ve done some stem swaps. I have always heard they helped and were instant fixes.
In my experience with canyons integrated CP, I would anticipate having to swap the stem. Whether 1cm or 4cm, because our arms and torsos differ, a stem swap will get us to a better fit.
I was considering doing a video on how to do it so it’s readily available as well. Not difficult per se, just cumbersome perhaps lol. Far easier with the right tools.
Sure you can. Be prepared of cables salad being messed up a bit and might scratch the frame, so protective film would be good
