The MD should be aware if it was a secure site then your drone software would warn you about the presence of restricted airspace. Living next to the Leeds/Bradford airport landing and takeoff my drone map shows clearly that I’m close to the approach/takeoff route. The CTSA might be quick but there’s feck all they can do about it.

The morons who work their are actually trying to break the photographer's rights. Article one protocol one rights which allows us to enjoy are possessions like your camera equipment. Also article 10 allows us to gather and impart information. How moronic to say if you fly a drone over AGAIN we will call the police!! Should of said I don't care if you call the army and the king. You should tell them under article 8 rights you have the right to have a private life from government interference. Your thoughts motives reasons can remain private. The fact you are filming is public as people can see you are filming but the reasons motives etc as to why you are filming can remain private under article 8. Although the police were excellent to be fair.
