tl:dr should I spend $600 on a new bmx?
So I’m 46 and still have young kids. There is a park by my condo (recently separated from kids mom) that is about halfway between my condo and my old house.
Kids (F13, F10, M8) have been getting into skating and we’ve been spending a lot of time at the skate park. I’ve meet some really awesome people out there, older dudes that look out for everyone and encourage the kids and whatnot.
Question: I’m super close to getting a Kink Whip XL (I’m 6’ 200lbs). Should I do it? I still have my 1993 Redline Proline that is set up for dirt tracks but I’ve brought it to the park and rolled around.
I just wanna have fun with the kids and maybe hit some ramps. Nothing crazy.
