Norton is back. The new Norton V4 Manx R Signature Edition is the first mass-produced Norton since 2010, with an all-new 1,200cc V4 engine producing 206hp. Richard Hammond rides it to find out whether Britain’s most famous motorbike brand has finally built the bike that can take on Ducati, BMW and Honda once again.

What other bikes would you like to see Richard Hammond ride?
ITS DUCATI
First of all, it's not your British bike anymore, it's owned by an Indian company
TVS india
Great bike, but I'd like wider tires for more cornering grip.
Fancy brakes there!
Reminds me of the bike from "silver dream racer'
That is the most beautiful Superbike I've seen in decades…
7:01 absolute magnificent ❤
Thanks to TVS and their Indian engine
I want it
Why did they style it like a Honda Civic though? 🙁
Richard certainly has a way with words.
Awesome and outstanding
Pointless, no one’s buying hyper sports bikes these days.
Maybe you have to get up close to really appreciate it. To me it looks very generic sports bike. It does nothing for me. And i love Nortons. This just looks… Meh 🥱. I initially thought, somewhat because of the title of the video, that it was an electric bike, possibly by Triumph. Anyway, just my 2 bobs worth.
yeh…nah
Tvs really saved them
Will they make it to the USA in 2026?
That's Cates Park in North Vancouver for the back drop of the Commando.
The rear end looks horrible. There ought to be a faired in locker behind the seat with room for whatever Richard has strapped uncomfortably on his back.
Engine made in India, Oh dear Oh dear Oh dear.
At least its covered up
i don't like how its not chrome like the V4 RR and the mirrors are plastic. the lights look like a mix of honda and ducati. its so extremely avarage looking. a shame because the V4 RR is so unique.
5:09 "Looks unlike anything else actually"
I must be blind then.
riding that without knee sliders feels like acrime
Nah :
TVS Motor Company the indian parent compay that is making the motor ? is there a reason this isn't mentioned ?
Like everything now it’s way overpriced
The design doesnt quite pick my taste
It's so obvious to see the 1098 inspiration in the design that you can say it's a neo-retro remake of it….
I really enjoyed that. Not having ridden a motorbike since 1988 and likely never shall again, owing to the need for speed vs skill/age disparity this vicarious machine as object of desire content suits me. Cheers ☕️🫖
How can you say, er, motor, India, then say Norton are sticking to their British roots, more or less in the same sentence? Nice looking bike though. Although I would wish for less in the way of electronics. That's asking for trouble on a bike, innit?
Looks modern. Firstly like ev bike.
Forget the Norton. We want to talk about that Wilier road bike you've got in the shed…
When is RIDETRIBE coming to YouTube?
Ducati 1098/1198. There are worse bikes to copy.
tvs motors
Looks exactly like a Duccati.
Norton ❤❤❤
One of my Car idols when I was 4-5 yrs old kid, these TopGear Brits were my idols and Mentors for knowing cars 😂😂 best humans
Looks like a panigale and S1000rr mixed together
Make amazon show about bikes !!
I hate bikes but suddenly I want one, this one.
Most important bike that most people will not buy
Richard Hammond Rides Britain's… no, wait… India's Most Important New Motorcycle
ALSO MADE IN SOLIHULL SO HAMMOND'S AREA
Richard brings such a sense of knowhow and soul to reviewing things. I'd be willing to bet he could review a lawn chair and I'd be hooked haha. Sensational vid y'all!
Norton = Ducati copy paste😅
Is there an acronym BINO – British In Name Only?
