    Excellent, that is what I’m doing also, gradually so far since the beginning of this year. I’ve got two bicycles and use them randomly at least 3 times a week. I used to ride daily years ago for approximately 10 years and gave up cycling for a few years then I noticed i wasn’t exercising enough. And cycling and walking is helping out my physical health conditions. Awesome bicycle and be safe.
