I had an identical Honda 250K4, also had a later Fazer 1000. Had a guy who flew over from Spain and fitted an American jet kit, plus a couple of mods. It was ballistic afterwards, Ohlins etc. Had 165 'on the clock' down through France (no speed cameras in those days) to a place I used to own down there. The old Triumphs will never grow old, 360 degree cranks make an awesome subdued sound, and we all wish we could have 2 strokes back!
Good to see the shows that many of us can't get to. Thanks.
Does anyone know were i can get an 80s Yamaha TY50 please
My mate was there on his Moto Guzzi LeMans Mark 2. I wonder if I’ll see him in this video?
Amy B that lime green 500 4cylinder Honda is priceless, sorry I think the color combo is magnificent…but so are you…
I choose the RE cafe racer
Great video!
You are so lucky to have all the bike shows with so many brands present. I've been hearing about your diet and decided that I too must lose about 20 pounds. Cold turkey is the only way. Good luck to both of us. 👍👍
Very interesting video I liked the RSX, very tidy little bike and also the trams are brilliant , .look forward to the next video cheers Rod.
I may be wrong but I think Barry Sheene was a big fan of the Ariel Leader as it was a great bike for everyday use.
The guy at the beginning with the CB750, for God sake cheer up
You completely bypassed my XV750 Union 76 Bobber! commented on every other bike around it except mine, maybe you just don't like custom mods?
Great video, you do take your viewers to great places . Thanks for great content Simon and Amy B 👍
Brilliant video guys. Best bike for me will always be the Triumph TR6 because it's the bike Steve McQueen rode for real in The Great Escape and he rode it like a modern day dirt bike. Quite amazing really.
Don't you just love a girl in uniform
Well earned lollypop !
Oh and the bikes were amazing in the dry.
Love a bit of nostalgia
Ride safe
thanks for another enjoyable video .
John Lamely who organises this event does an amazing job! . John also organises the classic bike day at the Duke of William pub in Matlock, first Wednesday of every month. . Well worth a visit.
Making me feel old!
Good watch
Ride safe 👍
Wow, what alot of cool bikes were made in the UK. The old trams are beautiful too ! Thanks for showing and glad the weather was better this year ! 👍👍
TOP !! 😎 👍 💯 #MotorBrommerMuseum
The K1 series Honda CB 750 had sand cast engine cases. First motorcycle I ever saw smoke the rear tire. 67 HP. Unreal for then. Ball bearings in the steering stem, talk about a head shaker. Hold on for dear life. The CB 250/350 was a very common ride of the time. About 600 dollars, lot of money then. The CB 400F was a screamer. One of the first with 4 into one pipes. They have came out with it again but for China market so far. It was $1200 The 500/4 was smooth weak my Benelli 750 Sei was built on it's design with two more pots. First of the Honda not side by sides. Durable and deadly 300 Big Red. Get feet and leg caught in rear tres at speed. Lot of broken legs on those. When in Alaska they are still running in the Arctic. Sold a few million of them. DT 50 Enduro and on off road. College bike for many Made all sizes to 400cc. Friend of mine was Harley rep and he came up with the Harley Army bike. Rotax engine. Made to drop from helicopter at fifty feet and ride away. Look at the spokes. Super strong, light covers for night use. Late seventies early 80's. One of first Rotax powered machines in states. That engine was used in Flat Track series. Need a Zoot suite to ride the Mod scooter. Ride down to Brighton beach. 1977 had the R100RS motorsport paint scheme. I had a 87 model and a Boxer cup as well. M colors. I owned and rode all those BMW's. The Norton is a winner and most all the Triumphs. 916 Duc it's a winner in every crowd. Good vid Got a tram ride too
Enjoyed this one thankyou great channel
Another to watch out for, an awesome little gem of a classic bike show, is the St Chads Wilne VINTAGE Classic Motorcycle Show, 10am to 4pm 1st and 2nd August….great little classic bike show in and around a local church.
Great video guys
Honda ‘Big Red’ ATV (all terrain vehicle) three wheeler. There was a class at some meetings to race them for a few years. I seem to. recollect after quite a few accidents with badly broken legs for adults and kids in particular riding the 80cc.?version. I think their sale was banned for a while in the UK, due to their inherent. tendency to tip over easily when cornering unless you hung off the. side. to counter balance. A bit of a flash in the pan, usurped by quads eventually.
