I got these bags on Facebook marketplace and I can’t seem to find information on how to mount them to the rear rack.
There’s Velcro on the long black strap, and the only other piece of Velcro I can find is on the side compartment on the same side as the strap.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I think the hook goes under the strap in one of these spots (green arrows)
Adjust tension by changing the height of the knot on the elastic string (if it’s still elsastic!😅, otherwise a strip of inner tube will do the trick)

Those were sold in eastern Canada, I have a bike frame of the same brand (Radical)
