Are you having problems – for example, does your chain slip while under heavy load? What’s the exact chain length (down to the 1/16th of an inch) for 12 links, pin-to-pin, in inches?

I can tell you don’t use the small one. The wear from cross-chaining (using the big ring while grinding in your big cogs) gives a specific wear pattern on these Shimano big rings. I’d suggest considering bigger rings when you replace them, to help remind you to use the small ring as often as you should. The aluminum hollowtech rings are not suited for cross-chaining.

If the chain is stretched beyond ⅛ inch and you replace it, your cassette and chainring will most likely need to be replaced – they wear out together. If it isn’t stretched, you don’t _need_ to replace them

It’s spent mate.
When the teeth turn to waves or shark teeth it causes the gap to increase which in turn causes a new chain to stretch and not sit correctly on chainrings.
