Hi! I’m absolutely new to the biking world and have only done some rudimentary research. Any/all guidance is appreciated!

Use: I’m looking for something to bike around the city for errands/leisure (not daily commuting). Does this bike fit that function?

Frame size: I’m 5’2”, so I believe step through is best (?), and this bike has a “small” frame. From what I’ve researched 5’2” is at the short end of fitting the small size, do you think this size will fit? If I get the chance to see the bike in person, how do I know if it’s the right size?

Condition: I know the pictures aren’t the best but anything jumping out at you? Anything to look for when seeing it in person?

Price: Listed for $90, is this a fair price?

TYIA!

90 bucks is a fair price for the bike.

This works for errands/leisure although a hybrid bike might be a little faster/fun to ride. If you have mobility issues, have excess weight, older or if you’d prefer just something to cruise around on slowly, this frame would work for you.

It’s the right frame size for you. You can adjust with the seat post as needed to get it where you want it to be. You will know if it’s too small when you feel the handlebars are too close. Too big when they are too far away.

When testing check tires for cracking, make sure the tubes hold air, the wheels are not wobbling, click through the gearing when riding it, and make sure the brakes are working as they should. It seems like it’s in good condition.

    Have fun!
