Parts looking this new, there’s zero force and no tool needed until the very end. These are screwed, pun intended.

It’s interesting that the pedals seem to be misaligned symmetrically, but if this was a design feature of the cranks (because they’re further outboard at the pedal than the BB) I’d expect the wedge-gap to be the opposite of yours, wider gap at the side facing the BB.
Most pedal spindles are hard steel, while the cranks are aluminium. For Shimano you can get replacement left non-drive cranks for some models (possibly if you want to remove a left-side-only power meter), but it can be easier and cheaper to find a discounted pair than to replace a single crank and you avoid mismatched wear.

Def cross threaded. There are two fixes. Helicoil or brand new cranks.
Always thread by hand first a couple turns. Never start a bolt with a tool.
