That was a wise call, Becky. As you get older, it slowly dawns on you that life is about the journey, not churning out the miles to some arbitrary goal.
If you miss the moments striving for the goal, you miss the chance to enjoy your life.
Doing less, slowly, is better more memorable and richer than rushing for an arbitrary target and not really enjoying it.
I hope the work opportunity is fruitful.
