This is the extraordinary true story of Pradyumna Kumar Mahanandia, an Indian artist from Odisha who refused a plane ticket, bought a second-hand bicycle, and rode all the way from India to Sweden to reunite with the woman he loved.
Along the way, he survived by drawing portraits, crossed multiple countries, overcame language barriers, and carried nothing more powerful than determination and love.
Today, P.K. Mahanandia is an internationally recognized artist, has served in important cultural roles in Sweden, and has been honoured as Odisha’s Cultural Ambassador.
