there is peeling paint and rust in the area the rear rack and kickstand bolt passes through. there was no paint damage nor rust prior to the rack installation, which has been 9 months already.
I think this could have been mitigated with a nylon washer to prevent dissimilar metals and metal on metal contact driving the rusting.
I want to ask the community, what should I do for prevention and treatment ?
