Fair price or steer clear?
Hi,
I’m eyeing these two bikes. The question is whether the prices are fair or if both are too expensive.
Aeroad CF SLX 8 Di2 2024 (black)
Price: €3,400
Mileage: 5,000–6,000 km
Crank: 172.5 mm
Cassette/Chainring: 10-30 / 52-36
Wheelset: DT Swiss ARC 1400
The damage to the brake lever is said to be from the bike tipping over. Is the wear on the rear derailleur normal?
Aeroad CF SLX 8 AXS 2025 (white)
Price: €4,750
Mileage: 7,000 km
Crank: 170 mm
Cassette/Chainring: 10-30 / 50-37
Wheelset: ZIPP 404 Firecrest
No scratches; ridden by a lightweight rider (58 kg).
Which one would you recommend?

First one definitely crashed, front brake lever says it all.
Unless you’re 100% certain you won’t need to change stem length on these frames I would recommend neither. The cost of changing the integrated bar/stem plus redoing the cabling is staggering. If you have to ask reddit to decide if these are the right bikes I’m worried you’re not ready for the minor aero gains at the cost of maintenance burden.
First bike reeks of fit issues for the original owner with the saddle slammed full forward. Brake lever damage roflmao tipped over at speed (crashed) – would never get that rashed from just it falling over when not riding.
